“Il San Giusto del gusto” is the project that brings a series of food and wine tastings dedicated to exceptional natural products and productions to the splendid setting of the Castle. Bolle Naturali is the presentation of sparkling wines made with the classic method and natural fermentation, also produced with eco-sustainable processes. It’s an opportunity to savor a careful selection of natural sparkling wines to broaden the horizons of taste’s liveliness. This style of natural wines comes from various territories, starting from our province, through the regions of Prosecco and Franciacorta, and reaching the Champagne area. Excellent wines for a unique sparkling experience to live and share.<\/p>\n

A distilled spirit that is part of our rich gastronomic tradition. It is the most sovereign of drinks, which, when mixed with beverages also produced by niche companies, promises a unique and engaging experience.<\/p>\n
